ICS keyboard question

If you use the ICS keyboard what level do you have the auto correct set to? I left mine at modest for now. How does increasing change the experience?

The more you increase it, the more lag you get.

I use "aggressive" and didn't notice much difference between the options.

I switched to aggressive as soon as i saw there was an option. I'm pretty sure when i first used it the auto correct was not too good and i had to change alot of words...
