ICS on GS3, How to disable the gradual ringtone

I am using the Galaxy S3 with ICS and would like to know if there is a way to disable the gradual ringtone.

its a software problem,where the fone thinks its in your pocket n turns it up after a few rings. i get it on and off... even tho the option to turn it on in call settings is unchecked. a phone reboot usually fixes it.
n yes...the phone THINKs.. freaky times
