ICS Root for droid 4?

How would i go abouts rooting a droid 4 to start putting custom roms on it? Seems like every search i do only has the root utility for gingerbread. I cannot find one for ics. Any help would be awesome!

Ps. I know how to root and rom. I did it on my razr maxx. I got a friend of mine jealous and showed him the positives of having a custom rom.

@ IC3D That thread is from when the Droid 4 still ran Gingerbread. He's asking about how to root a Droid 4 with ICS on it.
