ics upgrade now froze up

I had the message to upgrade, I wish I would not of, I have had the delete button delete texts messages as fast as I could type them, now my phone is froze up and will not shut off. I must be a dumb ass, because I can not get ahold of verizon on my account web site. Any suggestions? Thanks

you probably need to reset your phone. try a couple of simple reboots then if that doesn't help I'd just bite the bullet and reset back to factory specs.
