ICS - Where'd the Contacts app go?

Been away for a few days - just did the ICS upgrade - now no Contacts app. Did it get merged in with something else? My contacts are backed up and set to sync, but to where? I'm sure I'm overlooking something obvious.

I think it should be in the "People" app instead of contacts.

That's what I was thinking too, but my synced contacts aren't showing up and the import function is looking vCard file in local storage.

Double-check that your contacts are set to sync in Settings, under Accounts? Something un-checked mine on ICS until I noticed it the next day.
