Ideapad K1 Market Issue

Sometimes I have the following issue on the Ideapad K1 running Android 3.2.1.

When attempting to install an app from the Market it hangs and says "Waiting to Install..." If I back out of the Market (closing it) and go back in, then I am able to install that particular app. Instead of showing "Free" or a price for the app, it will then say "Install". My Apps is version 5.0.12. Market is version 1.0.28.

Anyone else having this problem with a better solution? The workaround works, but it is just annoying.

I had problems with that market version. I ended up going an downloading 3.4.4 an i havent had any problems with it
