Ideas for a rear finger gestures alternative for Note 10

For the Samsung 8-9 S Series and Note Series, there is a super valuable feature that makes using such a big phone so easy and with one hand.....rear fingerprint sensor gestures. Swipe down to open the notifications. Swipe down again to expand the notifications or swipe up to close the notifications.
The Note 10 loses this and the top of the screen extends even further without the bezels.

Does anyone know of an alternative way/gesture to this feature the previous generation Samsung's had?

The loss of this feature is making the decision to upgrade to a Note 10 tough.

You can turn this on on the homescreen in One UI. If you swipe down once anywhere on the homescreen it brings down notifications, a second time expands the quick toggles, and the swipe up closes it.

Yeah same...or soon u can use spen to do all these features....hopefully with an upgrade...but one ui is simplified to use with one hand
