Identify this phone?

Can anyone tell me what this phone is? I saw it on a tv show, Bones, and I didn't recognize it. Just out of curiosity I'd like to know what it is.

I'm pretty sure it's an Android phone, due to the capacitive buttons on the bottom. From another point in the episode, it showed a "<", a home, and the multitasking button shown in the picture above.

What I have to go on:
Super thin bezel (probably a newer phone)
The episode took place in Argentina, but it's a tv show, so that may not mean anything
Capacitive, not onscreen buttons, in the arrangement, "back, home, multitask"
