Idol 3 in the UK not getting Marshmallow

I've just (finally) had an answer back from Alcatel on the delay in pushing the Marshmallow update to unlocked Idol 3's in the UK (and presumably elsewhere outside the US).

Simply put, they aren't releasing it in the UK.

Very poor support for what I previously thought was a super phone.

Sad to hear it's not happening for you. Check again, do you have an unlocked Idol 3 5.5"? I just picked mine up this week and had upgraded to MM 6.0.1. Cheers.
