If I lose signal will not come back till I reboot

Had this issue before lollipop but now it is worse. My house does not have great coverage so if my phone goes from 4g to 3 g to 1x to no signal, it will not pick back up until I reboot, even after I get to an area that has 4g coverage. Anyone seen this or have suggestions?

Try calling your phone from another -or- try making a call from your phone. You may find that the bars mysteriously appear in either case and all is as normal.

Is there any options I have to making my signal stronger I never have 4g I have verizon and it is supposed to be the best service around here yet my other phones work fine just note 3 has this issue

Same here, been happening since I got the phone....so much so that I'm considering a non-samsung product. And it's not just the bars not being visible, it's no 4g until I reboot and crappy mobile data. My Wife's iphone almost always has connectivity and mine is just the opposite.
