You need to be a bit more clear. To me, going back to stock means returning the phone to factory defaults. Obviously in that case, yes your bloatware would be back.

If you mean rooting your phone, renaming some files (you should always rename, not delete), etc.. and then for some reason removing your root access, then yes, the changes you made will stick.

How to I boot into recovery mode on the Fascinate? I will try that on my phone right now to see if it brings me back stock.
