If you can't use Android unless you are paying 100$ every month ?

Tough question.

I wouldn't pay an extra $100 a month to use any phone, because i can build my own with a raspberry pi and a few other cheap parts then use all my stuff through the web browser. But I'm a cheapskate and hate spending money.

Google's services would be worth $100 a month if they stopped collecting data through them and charged a flat fee. But chances are that fee would be more than $100 for everything they offer. If I had to, yeah I'd pay it.
