If you got a Certified Like New Replacement, did it come with a battery cover?

I got my CLNR tb today, it looks brand new, there was no white sticker in the battery bay, and the void sticker was black. It also came with a stock battery cover. My last clnr did not come with a battery cover. Just wondering if it's normal to come with a cover?

Both of my replacement units came with a battery cover, only one had the white sticker on the back...

Just out of curiosity, since you guys have CLN replacements can you do me a favor?

Menu > Settings > About Phone > Hardware Information

What does it say next to Hardware Version? 0002 or 0003

Saw one person on here who said it was 0003 and wondering how common that is.

And so my post stays on topic it is my understanding that yes they should normally come with a battery door (but no battery of course) if the phone has one. When I got a CLN Blackberry Tour I got a door.

version 0002. mine had a sticker on the bag dated 06/03/11

I am on my 5th refurb and they ALL have come with the battery cover. I know they are refurbs because everyone of them has been pretty much jacked up on delivery. The one I received Tuesday came with a battery cover like the others have but the power button doesn't even work so waiting for another one that should come tomorrow.

Finally after what seems like forever, I got my 3rd TB today, and it works.

All 3 came with battery covers. Hardware version is 0002

I think you may be confusing certified like new with refurbished.

The cln program is fairly new (like a year or 2) so people may not be used to it. When you'd get a replacement phone earlier you'd get a refurb. It came in a brown box with a sticker with bar codes showing that it was a refurb. The only thing that came inside was the phone, no battery door, battery, manuals or anything else.

But these cln replacement phones come with the battery door as well. You can also get cln retail phones as an upgrade device (my brother got an original Incredible just before they went out of stock) which are usually half the price of a new model. My brother's came with everything that a new model comes with, the only hitch is that they have been opened/activated/used prior to receiving them.

When Verizon switched me from my Tbolt (after almost 2 months) they said they could only do a cln Inc2, which was fine with me. The rep told me that they didn't come with anything (battery, battery door, sd card or sim card) so he would order me a battery & door. When it arrived it already had a battery door so basically I got an extra battery door. It also had a sim card in it as well. So even some Verizon reps don't know what they come with.

I'm on my third CLN replacement....and none came with an extra door...or anything else...just the standard phone.

Hardware version 2 was a verizon replacement with a green void sticker, no battery or cover but i had an extended battery so it was no problem.

Purchased my original on launch day, had problems where it wouldnt update and verizon sent me a replacement no problem.

Another update - I received another phone today that came with another battery door cover and the inside box said Certified Like New Replacement, aka, refurb.

Both mine came with battery covers and both appear to be refurb's. The first refurb had the SW update and rebooted more than the original one and had a bad power switch. The second one did NOT have the SW update and works fine. The hardware version on the current one is 0002, never checked the other two for that...

I've gotten one, and it had a cover. I actually switched on my original cover from my original phone.
