I don't want to delete the app I got this 360 Security app and it says to boost your phone to stop apps from autostarting secretly.

No, it just doesn't let the app start up when the phone starts or restarts. You have to run the app yourself if you want it running. (You may have an autostarting app that you only use once in a while, so you don't want it to autostart. You probably DO want your text and email apps to autostart, though.)
