iheartradio app battery drain when not in use?

Can someone tell me why iheart radio is drawing 10% when its not in use and I have it greenify'd ?

I noticed that the app is fine until it gets a notification from the server. My phone gets hot and drains the battery after that. Started after the last update. Uninstalled the app. Too bad, I liked it.

I just noticed that iheartradio used 3% today when I didn't use it once. Definitely not good. I have a galaxy s6 so battery life isn't great as it is. Think I'm gonna uninstall
