I've been trying to get the "iHeartRadio for Auto" (https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...earchannel.iheartradio.connect&token=e_fx0XAw) app working with my Verizon Note 2 and iBolt dock. According to their website (iHeartRadio | Using iHeartAuto with Android Car Dock), it should work with Android car docks that support Car Mode. I get can get the phone into Car Mode by using the iBolt dock's special cable (the "Car mode enabled" icon shows in the notification bar and shade), but iHeartRadio for Auto still tells me that I need to connect my car stereo before it will proceed. I've tried it both with and without the CarHome Ultra app running. Any suggestions?

I believe that Samsung deviated from the original Android spec for Car Mode, which iHeartAuto depends on. Check out iBolt's statement: iBolt.co - Stay connected with your world.

However, you may be able to still use iHeartAuto with a regular auxiliary (headphone jack) cord.. even while in your iBolt car dock.
