G'day and thanks for any helpful replies to any of my future queries,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but please be aware that I'm an original one finger plodder.
I've got useless ability with computers or other techy stuff. Utterly. Getting a smartphone has got me dumber not smarter.
I've got no PC brain matter. I still have problems even answering calls on my Galaxy S8.
So don't swamp me with jargon that I cant understand.
Itz best if you treat me as a splatter of braindead spotty goop if your kind hearted help is used and not ignored through my inadequacies.

Welcome. I, too, am a bit of a plodder. I had a problem with PIE. Spoke to Google and was advised, 'Factory Reset'.

Checked out this Forum and Wow! Great, really friendly people and simple, easy-to-follow advice that worked! (Yep, there's a lot of exclamation marks in there - but they're worth it).
