im experiencing poor voice call quality on my samsung galaxy core prime duos, how to fix this.??

Whenever someone's calling me i barely understand and hear what he/she is saying. It's somewhat crackling. Yhe voice from the other line is not clear. This happens fpr most of the time someone's calling me. Pls help. Ive heard call quality regarding this samsung handset

My family purchased 4 samsung galaxy core phones in August of 2015 for Verizon through Costco. Several people say its difficult to understand us. Verizon store chalked it up to a bad sim card. Replacement did not help.
