I'd recommend that if you have any problems with it, especially those related to getting your work email or calendar, etc, you keep your mouth shut and look for solutions on this forum before getting your IT department involved. In my experience, IT support folks would rather put you back on a BB than figure out a new device. Also, you probably save them from having to come to this forum and find the answer anyway. The Incredible is awesome at so many things, but playing with Microsoft Exchange isn't one of them (yet). I expect with Froyo there will be fewer issues, but right now a few people I know that need to sync with Exchange are having to go to some lengths.
Other than that, make sure all of your co-workers are jealous.
