I don't get it. One charge, he admittedly used the phone heavily, got almost 4 hours screen on with 3 hours talk time. Yeah, that battery is dead.

Yeah that's certainly not bad battery life by any measure. Maybe he was coming from a flip phone.

People has to understand...the battery has to be broken in for at least a week for it to last longer than they expected. It's like breaking in a new car...gas milage isn't great at first but after a few 100/1000 miles you will see the results that it is expected
