I'm having a strange problem with my Note 5

My drop down notification bar doesn't work. But everything else works fine. I did a restart and a hard boot, still not working. Anyone have this problem? Thanks in advance.

When you say a hard reboot, are you referring to factory reset. If not then you may have to do a factory reset, if you decide to a factory reset. Make sure to back everything up and also make sure you have the sync on and not off

Sounds like an app issue. Try uninstalling any resent apps that are not essential and or not critical to any day to day use. Example games and or third party apps like message apps and or ad based apps. These tend to cause problems because they run continuously in the background and drain resources and or cause problems with other apps. If you want to test this without deleting anything go into safe mode and if everything works fine...its an app you have downloaded to the phone

I found out it was the last theme I had installed. All works now thank you.
