im having a weird issue with th nexus 4

hey everyone, bascally the issue i have is that for some reason the backround picture is messed up, first itdoesnt move with the screen when i scroll my finger along like it used to (it just stays there) and second when you pick a wallpaper it allows you to edit it how you want it to display with 9 white squares that give you and idea of how it will look as a walpaper (the middle ones represent the middle part of the wallpaper and left is the left and the right is the right) but for me it uses the left ones as the middle ones and completely disregards the others. any help will be much appreceiated.

Which launcher are you using?

It sounds like you accidentally changed a setting in how your launcher handles wallpaper. Check the overflow button (the three dots) when you're in your wallpaper picker/set-up screen, and see if there's an option for static vs. scrolling wallpaper.
