I'm having trouble bringing up my clipboard

From start to finish what procedure and buttons do I go through to bring up my clipboard on a Samsung Galaxy J-3 orbit

The only access you have to the clipboard (unless Samsung included their enhanced clipboard in the J3*) is copy, cut and paste. You do that in text boxes.

*In the enhanced clipboard, you get a selection of the past few things you copied or cut when you try to paste. In the standard clipboard it's just the last item put there that's available. Put another item there and it overwrites the older one. (There are apps, like Clipper Clipboard Manager that give you more items at a time.)

Actually, Gboard has as clipboard manager now, although I'm not sure if it's only on the beta (which I use), or if it's also on the stable version: https://www.xda-developers.com/gboard-clipboard-manager/

Funny thing , is on my Samsung phones with Gboard when I long press a empty space it automatically Pop up paste or clipboard, never gets saved to Gboard built in clipboard.

I have it toggled on , but still won't save there , I think the Samsung overriding it, no big deal though.
