My birthday is coming up soon and I was thinking of buying a gaming laptop or pc. I have no idea what is good though and I dont want to spend a lot of money. My budget is £800 - £900
I'm looking for a not too expensive gaming pc/laptop but I dont know what to get.

It's not that difficult to put one together. Try an ASUS TUF motherboard with an AM4 socket, an AMD Ryzen 7 3800X CPU and 16GB of RAM. (The onboard graphics is gaming graphics.) That should be within your price range even with a 2TB Intel SSD. (If that, a case and a power supply [and heatsink compound, etc.] takes you more than an hour to put together [even if you've never put one together before], you're still asleep.) It will beat anything you can buy for both gaming and quality.
