I'm new and need help with speed.

Is there a way to where I can get 4G and HSPA+ ?? I dont have LTE in my area yet, and i think the phone is quick, but my speed tests says other wise.

Are there any tricks to get my speed way up so the S3 can run like the beast its suppose to be?

My understanding is that the phone will default to the fastest service it finds at a given location. So the phone can't send and receive faster than the service available.

Have you checked out this thread to see what others are seeing in their areas?
