I'm not sure what's going on but I think somebody hacked my devices

I have a bug report I don't know what this is if anybody can please help me my devices are not working my phone nothing

A bug report usually indicates a bug, not a hack. There is usually no need to jump to the conclusion that you've been hacked. Are you able to boot into Safe Mode?
