Im officially a full android convert now!!!!

She asked me about the Epic today actually. I told her about the extra $10 and she got turned off to it, and said, "I'll wait" We don't have 4G here.

Lol, my mom asked about the Epic today, too! Except now she may consider it about reading reviews on the Blackberry Torch.

Your mom's on ATT right? If you're going to be on sprint- and possibly her- any reason the 2 of you can't be on a 1500 family plan? Even with the extra $20 for 2 Epics, you'd be only at $149... that's cheaper than either of you having your own plans on 2 different companies with a data plan. And Sharing 1500 min gives you a LOT of anytime minutes if you or mom call a lot of landlines.

Even at $69+10 she's cheaper than Blackberry data+69talk on ATT... but then relegated to 450 land line minutes.

No, thats someone else's fam. We all have Sprint.

Well damn! Tell her youll pay the extra $10. :p

I would, but it would negate almost me leaving their plan. They'll save $20 + tax when I leave on my own plan. When we left verizon, we only saved a little, but got more in return. On VZW, I had 250 texts/month, they had none, and I had the $15 data plan, they had no internet. Now, it looks like a great move since there is no more $15 data plan. Plus, we all have our e-mail, texting (my dad, I'm convinced, still has no idea how to do it). I wish I could save them more by tailoring it to their needs specifically, reducing the 1500 minutes (really unnecessary now), getting rid of unlimited texting for my dad... but Sprint is the world of unlimited, and its nice knowing your bill won't have any surprise overages.

I second sphinxx's post, but now that I'm looking at it. The unlimited everything individual plan for Verizon in Cali is cheaper than unlimited everything for Sprint! Oh, wait, that doesn't affect me.
