Im so lost... please help me

Okay, I am having such a hard time with my phone. I have Samsung Moment...just updated to Android 2.1 & its now rooted. I look at all these screenshots of other people's home screens & what not & Ive downloaded the apps that I thot I needed. But, for the life of me, I cant get my home pages to even come close to being as awesome as everyone else's.
What is the best app to use to customize the home screen? Change the icons & fonts?
I also purchased Beautiful Widgets & downloaded & installed it... so i click on my home page & the menu comes up...i click on widgets & there are only 2 widget options in there. I thot that app was supposed to come with a cool flip clock & bunch of skins or something. Mine didnt.
I guess im just really lost.
Will someone tell me please... what apps are the best for customizing? I want that big flip clock weather widget thingy...I wanna change my icons..
Can you have a different wallpaper for each screen you have?
& what kinds of cool stuff can I now do with my phone, since I rooted it?
Sorry I asked so many different questions. If there is someone out there that may be willing to take some time out to maybe PM me or even chat with me & guide me thru all this stuff...it would mean the world to me!!

The nice big flip clock you're talking about is an older version of Beautiful Widgets. There was an issue with HTC I believe (somebody correct me if I'm wrong) where they felt Beautiful widgets was looking way too much like their clock set up so they had to change it.

There should be two clock/weather widgets. One called Beautiful Home (which is the bigger one) and Beautiful Smaller Home (which naturally is the smaller). Once you have the widget you want selected and on your home screen, here's how you can change and download more widgets: Tap on the weather part of the widget. (It will be a Sun, moon, clouds, whatever your current weather is) This should load an animated extended view of the weather. While on this screen, tap your phones menu button. It should give you three options on the bottom of the screen: Refresh, Skins, and Configure. Select Skins. This will show you all of the currently installed skins. On the top right there is a Download Skins button. Select that to see a list of skins you can download. I think there are some flip clock skins in there.

There's not a way to have different wallpaper on each screen that I know of. There may be some sort of app or something for that but I've never really looked for it.

As far as other cool stuff that you can do now that you're rooted... it really depends on the rom you're using. You should be able to overclock your phone with an app called SetCPU. There's an app called Drocap that you can use to take screenshots of your phone too. Those are just two of the things I can think of off the top of my head.

I have beaUtiful widgets and the htc clock thing is there's not one in the skins through the app you haved to downloadit elsewhere and install it from sd card

You sure you purchsed BW's?
Sounds like you downloaded the free version which has the silent and vibrate widgets only.
As fas as customizing your home, try dxtop (paid app) or panda home (free)they let you use icon packs so that you can change icons. If you want to keep your current home try better cut to change icons (Paid app). You can't have different wallpapers for each screen.
