I'm still on October software patch, does Sony even care?

Does anyone at Sony care about the US market? I mean come one Sony, still on the October 2017 software patch.

I have the Xperia XZ1 Compact.

I tried today with Flashtool again. It seems the new version [0.9.24.1] works with the XZ1C. I flashed my phone to another version and got the update. The best part is that I was able to keep my userdata
