So I recently bought a J7 Prime about two weeks ago and I decided to download a game which has in app purchase. As I was playing the game I decided I wanted to buy in app purchase but for whatever reason I'm unable to do it. It starts loading but then disappears shortly after. Now I have seen this seemed to be an older problems from couple years back and I haven't seen any newer suggestions or solutions to fix this problem. I have tried factory resetting, remove my google account, using a new google account ect ect ect.
(Not certain if this will help but the games I'm trying to purchase in app stuff are Mafia City and PUBG Mobile)
