I'm using Galaxy S9 and no contact name info is displaying on screen for incoming or outgoing calls.

If I go into the call log, the contact name is clearly displayed, just as expected, and the contact information hasn't changed.
How do I get the contact name to appear on the screen when the calls come in?

So when you get a call what do you see on the screen? Does it show the phone number of the person or something else?
