Im using Samsung Note 9 and I can't find my emails from my sub folders

[Android Central Question]

I created subfolders and moved my important emails to subfolders according to their categories. Emails will remain for a while but it will be gone after. They are still there if I open my emails from my laptop but not on my phone.

I'm not sure if its something in the settings. Please help me.

I couldn't find my folders and I discovered that since I have 3 email accounts and I'm receiving emails on all accounts that I have to click on each one individually in order to view all folders. Also, it seems that whenever I create new folders that they are saved on my primary account.
