Image not loading in email

Hello

i have my work email address (using exchange 2007) configured using active sync on my Nexus 4. if there is a picture in the body it is not displaying that and a box appears with "question mark sign in middle of it". am i missing something. the same image is displaying fine on Samsung galaxy s3. i have tried jpg/png/gif and facing same issue.

I am also sharing a screenshot for the same. please suggest if i am missing something.

Mine sometimes did the same, I think their might be a setting in there to download the pictures and maybe if thats not clicked it might appear like that.

I have checked and didn't find any settings apart from "always allowing automatic picture loading from that sender" but still facing issue.
