Image Privacy / Safe place to get app that was removed from play?

I love this little app called image privacy and want to know where to get it now that it's been removed from the play store? I want a safe and trustworthy source...

I have it on my phone still but it isn't rooted so I can't get it out.

The app is perfect, you just share an image to it, it strips all the meta data and saves a new file. Then it presents you a new share sheet for the stripped file, it really fits into my work flow and that's literally all it does, no special permissions etc.

Sure you can. Install App Backup & Restore, back the app up, and you'll get an apk file as a backup (in the APP_Backup_Restore folder). Copy that apk file to another phone, find it in a file manager and tap it to install it. (Or install AB&R on the other phone, put th file into the A_B_R folder on that phone, and AB&R will show it as an Archived folder and you can tell it to install it.)

(Then back up all your apps and keep the backups on a computer and/or a cloud account. Then if an update turns out to be a dud, you can uninstall the app and reinstall the last version. Or, if your phone gets destroyed, you can install all your apps on your new phone.)
