IMEI Problem

My galaxy Note 2 N7100 have IMEI problem, i tried to flash with NS pro but service mode (*#9090#) not coming, it's blank.

Please someone help me to fix this, as i went to service center they were unable.

Ns pro? What is that? The rom that you flash must be specifically made for your service provider otherwise you may soft brick your phone.

Service mode is probably specific to stock samsung rom. It wont come up unless you go back to stock rom.
