Improve location accuracy pop up - s7 edge

This issue started after my OTA update to Nougat. Whenever i enable my location the pop-up "Improve location accuracy?" comes up. Even if i select agree. the next time i open my location it pops up again. I have s7 edge. i tested it to other s7 edge phones but they dont get the pop up

The only way I have found to fix this is to go to Applications - Maps - Permissions - then disable the location permission (you'll still be able to turn it on when navigating)
