So last week I tested turning off digital being on my Pixel 3 XL. Just wanted to share something else with you: usually during the weekend I have to charge my phone a little bit since I'm not committing to work therefore I'm not in the car with Android Auto and USB charging as long. I barely put my phone on the charger for more than a couple minutes on Saturday and Sunday. I'm mostly just charged up in the car my phone went down to 30% last night charges it up to work this morning and then a little off my laptop and it's fine. The rate at which it discharges now is really slow and in charge of just as fast. So far, I'm really shocked by the results!

How do you "turn off digital"? The whole phone is digital. Did you mean "turn off the phone"? Or "turn off the GPS"? Or "turn off Bluetooth"? Or what?

By the way, start charging at 50%-45%. Letting the battery get down to 30% shortens its life.

I usually don't go below 50 60% during the day one I start charging you back up. Here's what I mean by turning off access to digital well-being

I think the OP is referring to Google Digital Wellbeing, which some people have reported as a cause for battery drain.

Yeah that's what I thought this was. If not I apologize. I know that sometimes visual being was causing battery drain issues for people that's why....

Oh, if that's the case, I can understand it. Its full name should be "Digital Wellbeing For Samsung's Battery Department's Bottom Line".

Hahaha yeah, so far I'm on my battery life with these small few changes is amazing!

Yes, I've seen many reports saying the same thing. I tried to disable that feature on day one. :)
Honestly, never even thought of disabling the feature turning off user access off.. however, once I did even my moderate battery usage increase. I'm still shocked.

I'm not seeing it. When I tap the app icon, then the 3dots, only 2 options come up: hide app icon and about digital wellbeing.

Go to settings, digital well-being, and then click on the 3 dots. You should see it there.

As Eric said, go to settings and scroll down until you find Digital Wellbeing. In some phones this option could be placed in a different section, in that case open settings, tap the search bar (magnifying glass), type "digital" and the option should appear.
