improvements to outlook syncing over S4?

I came to samsung after a string of blackberries. What BB did very well, and what i miss, is reliable syncing to all aspects of Outlook. I'ts been a struggle with the S4 and i've had to pay for third party software but my contacts are still in a mess.

Does the S5 bring with it any improvements to syncing with outlook? (I guess the question applies to kies too).
