In an app like Grubhub can the restaraunts change their menus themselves?

[Android Central Question]

What I am wondering is does the business have to submit a new menu to the app developer when they have a change? When they have a "daily special" does that have to be submitted to the developer? Or does the business have the ability to do this on their own? I have no experience with this and would greatly appreciate some insight. Thank you!
