In Call Bluetooth Buzz With Motorola Elite Flip

When on a call using my Motorola Elite Flip bluetooth, there is a buzz I can hear in the background. When I play music through the bluetooth, there is no buzz.

I have tried installing Volume + to see if I can get rid of the buzz that way, but so far nothing has worked.

Why do I get a buzz during a call but not when I play music through my bluetooth?

I have the Motorola elite silver Bluetooth. It came out at the same time as the elite flip but I haven't had the same thing. I use my Bluetooth for calls only. Maybe its the ROM you're running.
