In-call volume too low

Switched from Note 3 to Moto Z Force. I notice that I don't hear people all that well when on the phone with them. Certainly not as well as with the Note 3. Anyone else notice this? Volume too low, and I have it set to the top.

Found this story the other day. Has some fixes to common issues. Hope one of these helps!

i dont have the Z Force, but this is my fear, and what is holding me back from pulling the trigger. The Droid Turbo certainly had a low volume on calls.

I do have a Z Force now and I do not find the in call volume to be low
