In call volume

So one of these last few updates, there's been a positive change in the in call phone volume for me.

Previously whenever I made a new phone call, the in ear volume of the call that I would hear was always the maximum allowed and it was too loud for me. So I always have to lower the volume of the person talking when in a call.

I just noticed on my last several phone calls, it now maintains the last volume I used in a call. This is a nice fix! I was just curious if anyone else noticed this as well.

Seems like a bug rather than a feature. All my Galaxies (I only had the S24U for 3 days) maintained the call volume from call to call.

Crud. I wonder why my bug happened but now is resolved.
This was always with a regular phone call on the handset. No Bluetooth use or car etc.

I haven't held a phone to my ear in ages, so I couldn't say how mine behaves there.

Hello, I bought a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 5 days ago and I have the same problem with the volume during calls, it is always at maximum, it seems, the last update is from 17.04.

Do you know any solution?
