Has anyone realized you can't change the in call volume while the phone is at your ear? I need to take it away and have the phone light up for me to change the volume.

Isolated or standard?

It might have something to do with the settings, I believe there is a check box for the rocker to be disabled when the screen is off. Which is nice when the phone is not in use to avoid volume changes, but dumb if it also affects it while in call.

This has actually been a thing with all android phones I have owned.. dx/og Droid/thunderbolt/bionic. Really annoying.

EDIT: I just tried it again and it does raise/lower with a multiple click method. Just holding it does not seem to do the trick. Funny because I thought I had tried that a few times and figured it was like all my previous owned phones.

I have the droid razr and I can't adjust the volume after a few min on the phone. I hate this. I tried it on 4-5 moto phones in the store and the same thing happened. Has anyone come up with a fix.

I am also having this problem. Only showed up post the .902 update. I did use the rocker to change the call volume many times before the 902 update. However, now it seems that I have to completely take the phone away from my ear, see the screen on, then I can change the volume. Really sucks when someone is really quiet but sucks more when someone is really loud. Really loud sucks because... well, that stuff is really loud!

This is just one of the many reasons all my friends are buying iphones. Really? A cell phone that is practically a computer that can't remember where you set the ringer or in call volume. Every call I get the in call volume is maxed out... So I adjust it. Guess what happens when I get another call?? Wam! Full volume in your face... Same with the ringer. Oh sorry, your in a quiet room and you think your ringer is turned down? BLAM!!! Full volume son!

Moto Bionic, up to date.
