The WiFi on my One was taking a long time to connect/authenticate to my TL-WPA281 power line extender. I went to the firmware upgrade on there site and under bug fixes it said " "Fixed a Wi-Fi compatibility issue with Samsung Galaxy S4." Installed firmware and its perfect now.
