In-line Mic on wired earphone not working on Samsung Galaxy S4 Active.

I tried several sets of earphones with in-line mic, but none are working for my phone. I can hear everything, but no one can hear me. Could this be a problem with phone, or more likely with the accessories.

Welcome to Android Central! Can you test those headphones on other phones? Are the headphones known to be compatible with the S4 Active? If they're "Made for iPhone," then they might not be compatible with many Android devices, since the jack configuration may be a little different.
