In my Grand Neo plus when I receive call I'm not able to hear, how can I fix this?

in my grand neo plus when i recieve call i m not able to hear

When i recieve or call someone i m not able to hear anything whereas when j connect it to earphones i m able to hear

Did you drop the phone or get it wet? It sounds like the earpiece may have gone out on it.
