In need of good custom ROM

I have yet to find a good custom ROM that is stable, I am looking for something that is somewhat close to stock, and is compatible with SPen and won't increase my battery usage. I have seen some good ones, but the ones I managed to find either weren't more stable than TouchWiz, or were too close to stock. Anyone got suggestions?

Also is there a way to back up all my apps (Not stock apps and google apps) along with their settings to easily restore the settings and apps to a new ROM?

1) What are you looking for in a ROM? Just "a ROM" is like just "a book". Robinson Crusoe is a great book, but not if you're looking for a book on cosmology. If all you want is something that looks different and is stable, try all the free launchers at Play.
