In preparation of the new zeus release...

I am currently running the latest GB stock UCLB3. If I flash Entropy's test kernal (from xda), will I be ready to flash the new Zeus rom? From what I understand, I should be able to get into CWM from there but I am just double checking. Also, should I do a factory reset before I flash the rom?
