In the market for a new phone

I have a old GT-I9100 and due to this cray 2G basic memory and the blot wear I can't get rid or move I run out of room for my apps.

I try looking up how to move the apps, or root the thing but it's all Greek to me

So I'm after a phone that has lots of memory (16G+), none this "USB storage" bull****
No blot wear, or as little as I can get
And the battery life that doesn't die within 2 days, of just being on and not used.

I use my pone for calls mainly, and a few apps, that I like to have when I'm out.
I don't live on the thing, I have a PC for that.
I don't play game on it, or take pics

Something around $500 wound be nice

Any advice??

If I were you I would check out the new Nexus 5X or 6P. Both phones offer great performance, no bloat and storage options for you to choose from. You might even wanna check out the LG G3 or G4. While I haven't personally used them I hear a lot of good things about them. Plus they also come with expandable storage and removable battery.
