In way over my head (UnRooting)

I have to take my phone into sprint to get the vibrate fixed and I need to unroot my phone. I've tried following a few different guides, but I can't get any of them to work.

I rooted using revolutionary, so one guide I was following told me to download unrevoked forever s-on (had to downgrade my radio to run this), run it, then flash a new PC36IMG. I thought I did it all correctly, but it errored out when it was loading the new PC36IMG.zip.

Can somebody help me???

You shouldnt have to unroot it as long as its a repair capable store. All they're gonna do is open it and fix it

For my own peace of mind, I would prefer to do it. I can't understand why this isn't working.

You can't use forever s-on tool after using revolutionary to root it.
